Description
Services Derbyshire Constabulary is looking for the provision of a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support the health, wellbeing and welfare of employees. The service must provide confidential, independent and professional support, accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through multiple channels including telephone, online and digital platforms. The EAP should offer counselling, mental health support, legal guidance, financial advice, bereavement support and manager assistance services. The contract will include service management, performance reporting, data protection compliance, and ongoing account management to ensure the effective delivery of employee wellbeing services across the organisation.
