Project Integrator Services Framework

Services HS1 Ltd trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed (LSPH) is looking to procure a portfolio wide Project Integrator Framework to support across all business departments. The Project Integrator operate in a strategic arrangement with LSPH being the asset owner and will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of LSPH’s project requirements, providing a wide range of skills, experience and capabilities aligned to project-specific objectives and defined value outcomes. The Project Integrator consultants will also be working closely with the Route/Station operators, and maintainers, to manage the successful development and delivery of the Control Period outputs, promises and Concession Agreement obligations. This will be achieved through assisting LSPH in achieving its Mission & Values, by proposing and providing experienced and capable staff resources as defined for each project. Each call-off from the Framework will be scalable to the project’s individual needs. This may include all services for; all stages of the project from Bluesky to Project Closure; all services for a specific Gate; specific services spanning across several Gates; or only one service for a specific Gate where specialist resource is required. Based on each call off scope the Project Integrator may be requested to manage and facilitate all associated roles, services, sub-consultant appointments and surveys teams to fully deliver the required scope and outcome. The Project Integrator will not undertake the role of Principal Contractor. LSPH will award and sign all Principal Contractor contracts directly.
