Supply, Installation and Support of On-Bus Destination Display Equipment and Audio Visual Announcements (AVA)

Goods South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking a supplier for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, integration, maintenance and support of on-bus destination display equipment and an audio visual announcement system for the franchised bus fleet. The requirement covers 723 vehicles, with equipment fitted at the vehicle manufacturer’s premises during vehicle build. The Authority reserves the right to order up to a maximum of 1,100 destination display units and up to a maximum of 1,100 AVA units during the contract period at the tendered rates, without a further tendering exercise, to allow for fleet growth and replacements. The contract has an initial term to 10 September 2032, with up to four further periods of twelve months each at the Authority’s sole discretion, to a maximum end date of 10 September 2036. The estimated value includes the optional additional orders and the extension periods.
