Works A framework to deliver technical and highways works to the City of Salford. This will be an open framework whereby our intention is to open the framework at years 3 and 6. The Authority estimates that the total value of this framework to be around £300m (ex VAT). The Lot values are estimates based on the total framework value. A framework is no guarantee of work.
