Services Scottish Borders Council (the Council) is seeking Bidder responses to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the treatment of its Residual Waste The treatment of Contract Waste, split into the following waste streams: Municipal Residual Waste – approximately 26,000 tonnes per annum Bulky Residual Waste – approximately 7,400 tonnes per annum Commercial & Demolition Waste – approximately 1,700 tonnes per annum Street Cleansing Waste – approximately 2,800 tonnes per annum Waste Upholstered Domestic Seating (WUDS) containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) – approximately 550 tonnes per annum Haulage of Contract Waste from Collection Sites.
