Aдминистративна сграда на Управление МЕР Монтана e разделена на няколко секции на по два и три етажа. Външната мазилка е с минимални видими дефекти. Сградата е с PVC дограма и се експлоатира целогодишно. Дворът пред сградата условно се разделя на два участъка. Единия е с асфалт, а другия е с стоманобетонна настилка. Предвижда се следните ремонтни работи: - очукване на компрометираната мазилка до здрава основа - възстановяване на мазилката; - боядисване на фасадата; - фрезоване на асфалтова настилка; - доставка и полагане на асфалтобетон;
