Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка обхваща извършване на доставка и гаранционна поддръжка на една нова, неупотребявана, фабрично произведена - модулна лабораторна система за електроовлакняване и електроразпръскване с взаимно съвместими компоненти и принадлежности. Системата е за нуждите на научно-изследователската дейност на изградения по Проекта в Шуменския университет Център за върхови постижения, помещаващ се в сграда с идентификационен номер 83510.664.514.34 по кадастралната карта на гр. Шумен, с административен адрес: гр. Шумен, ул. „Университетска“ № 115. Подробните технически параметри на оборудването, са разписани в Техническата спецификация на обществената поръчка.
