Description

Основна цел на настоящата обществена поръчка е сключване на договор с изпълнител за предоставяне на качествени професионални услуги за управление, мониторинг, администриране и извънгаранционно обслужване на комуникационно оборудване, сървъри и дискова система, а именно: на Платформа за виртуализация с висока производителност и резервираност; Автономна дискова подсистема; Комуникационна SAN среда; Комуникационна LAN среда и Непрекъсваеми токозахранващи устройства. Извънгаранционно обслужване включва: Приемане на заявки за повреди, диагностициране на проблемните устройства за установяване на състоянието им, включващо ремонт, осигуряване на резервни части или подмяна на дефектиралите устройства.
