How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Minimalni definirani jamstveni rok iznosi dvanaest (12) mjeseci. Ukoliko Ponuditelj ponudi manji jamstveni rok od 12 (dvanaest) mjeseci, njegova ponuda će se smatrati neprihvatljiva te će se ista odbiti, sukladno članku 295. stavak 1. Zakona. Za ovaj kriterij Ponuditelj može dobiti najviše 20 bodova. Kao kriterij koristi se dužina ponuđenog JAMSTVENOG ROKA u ponudi. Ponuda koja u usporedbi s ostalim ponudama nudi najduži jamstveni rok dobiva najviše bodova. Naručitelj će ponude bodovati do 20 bodova, i to tako, da će najduži jamstveni rok dobiti najveći broj bodova, a svaki sljedeći u odnosu na prethodni razmjerno manji broj bodova.
