Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao jedan od nefinancijskih kriterija određuje duljinu trajanja jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u jamstvenom roku na izvedene radove. Minimalni jamstveni rok iznosi 2 godine. Jamstveni rok izražava se u godinama kao puni broj. Ponuđene vrijednosti veće od najveće bodovane vrijednosti prihvaćaju se i boduju kao najveća bodovana vrijednost., Naručitelj kao jedan od nefinancijskih kriterija određuje jamstvo za isporučenu i montiranu opremu. Jamstveni rok odnosi se na LED rasvjetna tijela i opremu za sustav nadzora i upravljanja javnom rasvjetom, a daje ga ponuditelj za cjelokupnu isporučenu i montiranu opremu. Ponuđene vrijednosti veće od najveće bodovane vrijednosti prihvaćaju se i boduju kao najveća bodovana vrijednost. Minimalni jamstveni rok iznosi 5 godina. Jamstveni rok izražava se u godinama kao puni broj.
