Description

Predmet nabave su električni mopedi putem financijskog leasinga bez učešća, sukladno detaljnom opisu, opsegu i količinama određenim u Opisu i opsegu predmeta nabave, Tehničkim specifikacijama električnih mopeda, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Isporučeni električni mopedi moraju biti novi i nekorišteni, te udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan isporučiti i izvršavati predmet nabave uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima i priznatim pravilima struke, te u skladu sa zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima koji uređuju djelatnost obuhvaćenu ovim postupkom nabave.

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao drugi kriterij određuje Dodatne ovlaštene servise. Način bodovanja: U broj dodatnih ovlaštenih servisa ne računaju se obavezni ovlašteni servisi traženi točkom IZJAVA O RASPOLAGANJU OVLAŠTENIM SERVISOM iz Dokumentacije o nabavi - Dio II – Upute za ponuditelje, Uvjeti za izvršenje ugovora (za koje je potrebno dostaviti zasebnu Izjavu). U okviru ovog kriterija bodovi se dodjeljuju samo za dodatne ovlaštene servise i to one koji se nalaze u bilo kojem gradu/mjestu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ukoliko ponuditelj ne iskaže predmetni kriterij smatrat će se da ne nudi dodatne ovlaštene servise te će takva ponuda ostvariti 0 (nula) bodova. Maksimalni broj bodova koji valjana ponuda može dobiti prema ovom kriteriju je 10.
