Cijena ponude, Naručitelj propisuje nefinancijski kriterij - jamstveni rok za otklanjanje nedostataka u jamstvenom roku. Minimalni jamstveni rok za otklanjanje nedostataka za sve materijale iznosi 60 mjeseci, a na radove odnosno ugradnju minimalno 24 mjeseca. Minimalni jamstveni rok za otklanjanje nedostataka za sve izvedene radove je 24 mjeseca a maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir za izračun ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude je 60 mjeseca. Ukoliko se nudi jamstveni rok za otklanjanje nedostataka za sve izvedene radove kraći od 24 mjeseca, ponuda će se ocijeniti kao nepravilna te će se ista odbiti. Ukoliko se nudi jamstveni rok duži od 60 mjeseci, smatrat će se da je ponuđen maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir. Ponuditelji su dužni iskazati jamstveni rok za otklanjanje nedostataka u godinama, isključivo cijelim brojem (npr. 24,36,60).
