How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Ponuda s ponuđenim najmanjim rokom isporuke četiri radna dana dobiva maksimalno 30 bodova, za pet dana 17 bodova, za šest dana 12 bodova, za sedam dana 5 bodova, i za osam dana 3 boda. Za rok isporuke od 9 nema bodova. Ponuditelj dostavlja Izjavu Ponuditelja o roku isporuke robe. Ukoliko ponuditelj ne dostavi popunjenu Izjavu Ponuditelja o roku isporuke robe, Naručitelj će smatrati da ponuditelj nudi rok isporuke 9 te će mu se dodijeliti 0 bodova. Broj dana može biti izražen isključivo cijelim brojem. Posebno za otoke, rok isporuke će se tolerirati 2 dana u odnosu na ponuđeni rok isporuke. Što u primjeru znači, ukoliko je Ponuditelj ponudio 4 radna dana rok isporuke, na otoke mora dostaviti robu u roku 6 radnih dana. Nepoštivanje ponuđenog odnosno ugovorenog roka isporuke predstavlja povredu ugovorne obveze te osnovu za raskid ugovora i aktiviranje jamstva za uredno ispunjenje ugovora.
