Cijena ponude, U okviru kriterija ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude boduje se ponuđeni jamstveni rok za isporučenu robu i izvedene radove. Jamstveni rok izražava se u mjesecima. Minimalni jamstveni rok iznosi 24 mjeseca od dana uspješno obavljene primopredaje. Ponuditelj je u navedenom razdoblju dužan održavati sustav u punoj funkciji bez dodatnih troškova za Naručitelja. Ponuditelji mogu ponuditi dulji jamstveni rok od minimalno propisanog, a dulje trajanje jamstva boduje se sukladno kriterijima iz dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuda po ovom kriteriju može ostvariti maksimalno 20 bodova.
