Predmet nabave je isporuka SAP softverskih licenci za korisnike i module HsERP Faze 2 u postojećem SAP S/4HANA sustavu Hrvatskih šuma d.o.o. te pružanje usluge održavanja i podrške SAP Enterprise Support za nabavljene licence. Nabava obuhvaća korisničke licence SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management for Professional Use, Functional Use i Productivity Use te pripadajuću licencu SAP HANA runtime edition. Usluga održavanja i podrške pruža se od potpisa ugovora do 31. prosinca 2027. godine. Vrste i količine licenci te opseg održavanja i podrške određeni su tehničkim specifikacijama i troškovnikom, koji čine sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi.

Cijena ponude, Iskustvo ključnih stručnjaka iz projektnog tima

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda određuje se na temelju cijene ponude bez PDV-a, s ponderom 50 %, i dodatnog specifičnog iskustva ključnih stručnjaka 1–4, s ponderom 50 %. Maksimalni broj bodova koji se može ostvariti po ovom kriteriju je 50. Za svaku od četiriju stručnih uloga element A donosi 7 bodova, a element B 5,5 bodova ako se dokaže iskustvo određeno prilogom „Kriteriji za odabir ponude”. U suprotnom se za taj element dodjeljuje 0 bodova. Stručnjak 5 za informacijsku sigurnost ne boduje se. Zbroj bodova K ne preračunava se razmjerno bodovima drugih ponuda. Definicije iskustva, bodovna skala, formule, dokazi i pravila rangiranja određeni su prilogom „02_Kriteriji_za_odabir_ponude_DIR_2026_183.docx”, koji je sastavni dio DoN-a.
