Description

Predmet nabave je isporuka dodatnih softverskih licenci SAP Core Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA i SAP Payroll Processing for SAP S/4HANA, s pripadajućim SAP HANA runtime licenciranjem, te osiguranje SAP Enterprise Support podrške za licence koje su predmet ove nabave. Nabavom se dopunjuju postojeća licencna prava Naručitelja Hrvatske šume d.o.o. za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima i obračun plaća u postojećem SAP sustavu. Licence iz stavaka 1–3 troškovnika isporučuju se i aktiviraju najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2026. Podrška iz stavke 4 troškovnika osigurava se od 1. siječnja do 31. prosinca 2027. Vrste i količine licenci te zahtjevi za isporuku i podršku određeni su troškovnikom i tehničkim specifikacijama koje čine sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi.

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Boduje se dodatno specifično iskustvo ključnih stručnjaka 1–4 prema prilogu „Kriteriji za odabir ponude”. Ukupno je po ovom kriteriju moguće ostvariti najviše 50 bodova. Elementi, njihove definicije i dokazi određeni su navedenim prilogom. Stručnjak 5 ne boduje se. Ista osoba može biti predložena za više uloga, uz zasebno dokazivanje relevantnog dodatnog iskustva za svaku ulogu. Ponuditelj u EOJN RH upisuje ukupan broj bodova K prema objavljenoj skali, u rasponu od 0 do 50, uz dopuštene decimalne vrijednosti. K je apsolutni zbroj bodova za četiri uloge i ne preračunava se u odnosu na bodove drugih ponuda.
