Cijena ponude, Vrijeme odziva na kritičan incident je drugi kriterij za određivanje ENP. Maksimalni broj bodova koji ponuditelj može dobiti po ovom kriteriju je 30 bodova. Minimalno Vrijeme odziva na kritičan incident iznosi 60 minuta. Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi „Vrijeme odziva na kritičan incident“ manje od 60 minuta, njegova ponuda će biti odbijena.
