Description

Predmet nabave su usluge održavanja sustava tehničke zaštite u poslovnim objektima i trezorima HP, sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Isporučeni i montirani (ugrađeni) rezervni dijelovi i oprema moraju biti novi i nekorišteni, te udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Naručitelj je sukladno Zakonu o privatnoj zaštiti (NN 16/20, 114/22), Zakonu o zaštiti novčarskih institucija (NN 56/15, 46/21, 114/22), te ostalim pozitivnim propisima i priznatim pravilima struke, obvezan održavati sustave tehničke zaštite u svim poslovnim objektima Naručitelja u ispravnom stanju. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan izvršiti usluge koje su predmet nabave uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima i priznatim pravilima struke, te u skladu sa zakonskim i podzakonskim aktima koji uređuju djelatnost obuhvaćenu ovim postupkom nabave.

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao kriterij određuje Jamstveni rok na isporučenu i ugrađenu opremu. Ponuđeni jamstveni rok na isporučenu i ugrađenu opremu će postati ugovorna obveza odabranog ponuditelja. Način bodovanja: Minimalni dopušteni jamstveni rok na ugrađenu opremu je 24 mjeseca od isporuke i ugradnje. Ukoliko ponuditelj ne iskaže predmetni kriterij, smatrat će se da nudi minimalno dopušteni rok.
