Ako ponuditelj ne dostavi navedenu Izjavu neće mu biti dodijeljeni bodovi vezano za ovaj kriterij odnosno dobit će 0 bodova te će Naručitelj smatrati da je ponuditelj ponudio minimalni jamstveni rok od 24 mjeseca.
