Cijena ponude, Iskustvo osoba na raspolaganju za izvršenje predmetne usluge predstavlja kriterij ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude sukladno obzirom da kvaliteta angažiranog osoblja značajno utječe na razinu uspješnosti izvršenja usluge. U predmetnom postupku javne nabave predmet nabave su usluge iznimne tehničke prirode, zbog čega stručno znanje, tehničke vještine i profesionalno iskustvo članova predložene ekipe imaju direktan utjecaj na kvalitetu usluga zbog čega određuju tehničku vrijednost ponude ponuditelja, i posljedično ekonomsku vrijednost. Naručitelj ocjenjuje kvalitetu usluge kroz iskustvo u izvršenju usluga interaktivne analize podataka u okviru sportskih prijenosa s obzirom da traženu uslugu koristi isključivo za prikazivanje takvih događaja uživo ili kao snimka na nacionalnim televizijskim programima.
