Cijena ponude, S obzirom da HRT učestalo provodi velike projekte produkcijski iznimno zahtjevne i od značajnog javnog interesa, na kvalitetu finalnog prikaza na ekranu direktno utječe dokazano specifično iskustvo osoba na raspolaganju za izvršenje tražene usluge – operatera i tehničara u provedbi takvih projekata pri čemu se bodovi ostvaruju za odrađene usluge u produkciji audiovizualnih projekata (kao što su koncerti, javne priredbe i događanja) sa minimalno 100m2 LED ekrana po događaju: • svaki od predložena dva operatera i svaki od predloženih pet tehničara izvršio je 10 ili više opisanih produkcijskih projekata sa minimalno 100m2 LED ekrana po događaju - 20 bodova • svaki od predložena dva operatera i svaki od predloženih pet tehničara izvršio je 5 do 9 opisanih produkcijskih projekata sa minimalno 100m2 LED ekrana po događaju - 10 bodova svaki od predložena dva operatera i svaki od predloženih pet tehničara izvršio manje od 5 opisanih produkcijskih projekata sa minimalno 100m2 LED ekrana po događaju - 0 bodova
