Cijena ponude, Ponuditelj u svojoj ponudi mora iskazati potrebno vrijeme odaziva u slučaju eventualne žurne potrebe Naručitelja za realizacijom predmeta nabave a što će dokazati Izjavom o vremenu rrealizacije u slučaju žurnosti. Ukoliko izjava nije dostavljena u roku za dostavu ponuda ili ne sadrži navod o vremenu realizacije u slučaju žurnosti smatrat će se da ponuditelj nudi maksimalno vrijeme realizacije od preko 241 minute za što će ponuditelj dobiti 0 bodova. Vrijeme realizacije u slučaju žurnosti bodovati će se prema prema sljedećim parametrima: Vrijeme realizacije u slučaju žurnosti - Broj bodova Do 120 minuta -10 bodova Od 120 do 240 minuta - 5 bodova Preko 241 minuta - 0 bodova
