L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Marché d'exploitation P2, des installations de chauffage, ventilation, traitement d'air, climatisation, réfrigération et production d'eau chaude sanitaire des bâtiments de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Avignon. Dans le cadre de sa politique d'achats responsables et de lutte contre les exclusions, le pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de faire application des dispositions des articles L 2111-1 et L 2112-2 du Code de la commande publique en incluant dans le cahier des charges de ce marché des clauses d'insertion sociales, dans les conditions définies, à l'Article relatif à la clause sociale d'insertion dans le CCAG 2021 de référence
