Description

Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την εξ αποστάσεως εξακρίβωση της ταυτότητας και των τυχόν ειδικών χαρακτηριστικών (εξ αποστάσεως ταυτοποίηση) του φυσικού προσώπου που αιτείται την πιστοποίηση του αριθμού του κινητού του τηλεφώνου για την καταχώριση του στο Εθνικό Μητρώο Επικοινωνίας (ΕΜΕπ) και τη χρήση αυτού ως δεύτερου παράγοντα ταυτοποίησης, για την αποστολή κωδικών μιας χρήσης, προκειμένου το φυσικό πρόσωπο να έχει πρόσβαση σε ψηφιακές δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, για τις οποίες το Δημόσιο κρίνει ότι απαιτείται υψηλότερο επίπεδο ασφαλείας βάσει της παρ. γ του άρθρου 25 του Ν. 4727/2020. Οι υπηρεσίες που αποτελούν το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι ακόλουθες: Α. Παροχή Υπηρεσιών Συντήρησης & Υποστήριξης Β. Παροχή Υπηρεσιών εξ αποστάσεως ταυτοποίησης με χρήση Τηλεδιάσκεψης, 72.000 συνεδρίες Γ. Παροχή Υπηρεσιών εξ αποστάσεως ταυτοποίησης με χρήση αυτοματοποιημένης βιντεοκλήσης, 54.000 συνεδρίες.
