Description
Norsk Helsenett SF (NHN) invites tenderers to apply for participation in a competitive dialogue for the delivery of managed communication services to small and medium sized locations in the health sector. This document concerns the initial qualification phase for participation in the competitive dialogue. The procurement shall result in one or more contracts being signed with one or several tenderers. The contracts can be both exclusive and non-exclusive for different deliveries. This will finally be regulated in the updated tender documentation based on the dialogue with the tenderers.
