How the award is decided

Price, Quality - Competence development, Quality - Composition of competence and experience, The procurement includes project management services where the main service is the project manager ́s/consultant ́s work efforts. The work can include some but limited travel activities. Oslo municipality has assessed that the project manager ́s/consultant ́s climate footprint and environmental impact will be equivalent to the load from an equivalent permanent employee. The climate footprint and the environmental impact will therefore be limited to the employee ́s need for office space and equipment, the energy consumption in the building in question works in and any travel activities for work. It is assumed that none of the above mentioned elements that affect falls within the nature of the procurement, which are technical and professional assistance/advice. This service results in immaterial climate footprint and an immaterial environmental impact. Based on the above, the exclusionary provision in the Procurement Act § 5b third section will be used, as the procurement is assessed to have a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial.
