How the award is decided

Price 60%, Quality 40%, The contracting authority has assessed that climate and environmental considerations are best taken care of through concrete requirements for the delivery and tenderer, rather than the use of climate and environment as the award criteria. Based on this, relevant requirements are incorporated in the requirement specifications and as qualification requirements, in accordance with the utilities regulations § 5b third paragraph. It is not appropriate to compare the different plants from contractors, as there are no significant climate and environmental differences in the delivery. The delivery ́s total climate and environmental impact is assessed as low. The procurement mainly comprises the establishment and operation of a battery electrical cable management system (CMS) and outlet cabinets, with limited energy consumption, few resources involved and a limited need for transport and travel. The possibility of digital monitoring and remote support contributes to further reducing the climate footprint.
