How the award is decided

<p> Contract period runs from signing of contract to completion as well as including the guarantee period in accordance with the current standard and legislation. The price shall be fixed during the contract period and not index regulated. The annex "Annex 1 - Tilbudsskjema.pdf" shall be completed for the award criteria "Price". THE SUM EXCLUDING VAT for items 1-7 will be transferred to the "Total Price". There are options in the competition that shall be priced. If the contracting authority considers triggering individual<br> of the options, the actual price elements will be included in the evaluation sum. If the<br>asing options will not be taken up, it will be kept out of the evaluation sum.</p>, Under this criteria, associated requirements will be assessed., Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 Climate and environmental considerations in public procurements, the requirements and criteria shall aim at reducing the procurement ́s total climate footprint or environmental impact. In this procurement, it is the contracting authority ́s assessment that the goal is achieved best by setting requirements for the tenderer ́s qualifications for the delivery ́s performance. The extension shall be swan marks, which sets strict requirements for environmentally friendly material choices, energy efficiency and documented sustainability in the building process. Materials that fulfil the requirements of relevant Norwegian standards shall be used, with particular emphasis on avoiding building humidification and ensuring correct use of materials. Furthermore, the delivery shall see to the current building technical regulations, including requirements for audio conditions, in order to ensure a good indoor climate and user friendliness. In this way we do not consider it appropriate to evaluate the delivery climate and environmental performance, as this can lead to a sub-achievement of the targets. Therefore, it is clearly better to set concrete requirements.
