Vennesla municipality shall establish a new double hall in Skolevegen. Del II Bilag 3 tilbuds – og prisskjema, Under dette kriteriet vurderes følgende underkriterium: - Plan for gjennomføring av prosjektet – beskrivelse av hvordan leverandøren vil løse og gjennomføre prosjekte, inkludert håndtering av HMS. Leverandøren må hensynta at anlegget skal gjennomføres i nærheten av flere skoleområder og et trafikkert område. Beskrives i del II – Leverandørens løsningsbeskrivelse. Bruk kulepunkter som overskrifter slik at det klart fremgår hvilke besvarelser som inngår i hvert underkriterium.
