Description
Procurement Briefly Troms county invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following assignment: Engineering design services for "County road 7746 Trondenesveien foot and cycle path". There are two different approved development plans for this project: 1: Zoning plan (Plan identification 707) approved as of 28/1-21 – name "Trondenesveien northern part": This zoning plan includes Trondenesveien from approx. 1800 m (at Trondenes folk high school) to m2640 (at turning place bus). 2: Zoning plan (Plan identification 612) approved as of 28/5-14 – name "County road 6 Hagebyveien", :D enne development plan will for this project include Trondenesveien from approx. m1580 and m1800 (from the junctions Hagebyveien / Trondenesveien to the junction Skjærveien - Trondenesveien). See Part II - Part 2 Assignment Description, county road 7746 Trondenesveien foot and cycle paths for further information. Furthermore, some geotechnical surveys have been carried out for long parts of the route. (c.f. How the award is decided
The assignment manager, responsible for the discipline for road planning and land acquisition, will be assessed on a short description of its two most relevant engineering design assignments for roads and/or foot and cycle paths. Grades 0-10 will be given, with the best response in the competition being score 10., Assessing a detailed progress plan with milestones, tasks, dependencies, scheduled duration, critical path, and slack, with the aim of greatest security for quality delivery within the stated schedule. The full score is to be given to the progress plan that provides the greatest security for a quality delivery of the tender documentation, in accordance with the time schedule in point 2.3 vs. part 2 of the assignment description. Grades 0-10 will be given, with the best response in the competition receiving a score of 10., The evaluation of the total price based on the completed price form. The source indicates a relative price model where the best total price is given the highest value., The contracting authority has chosen to take climate and environmental considerations through absolute qualification requirements for the tenderer's environmental management system and documented competence, instead of as the award criteria. This is considered to give the best environmental effect for this specific consultancy assignment (NS 8402), as it ensures that only tenderers with an established and verified environmental standard can participate in the competition.
