How the award is decided
Price, quality, Climate and environmental considerations are not used as an award criterion in this procurement. The procurement concerns purely digital learning resources in the form of licences and access to cloud-based learning resources, without physical deliveries, paper production or transport. The climate and environmental impact of the delivery is therefore limited and, in the Contracting Authority’s assessment, does not provide a suitable basis for distinguishing between the tenders. Climate and environmental considerations are instead addressed through minimum requirements (M-requirements) in the requirement specification, including requirements for data minimisation, and through the qualification requirement for an environmental management system in point 4.5, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b.
