How the award is decided

Quality and implementation ability, Price, Climate and environmental requirements will be set in this competition. Elvia's requirements for climate and environment are attached and available in Elvia's internet library. When submitting a tender, the tenderer confirms that the requirements are accepted and will comply to the degree they are relevant for the delivery. The following minimum requirements apply to the contract: * Digital or hybrid courses shall be used when appropriate. * Travel activity shall be limited, and digital meetings shall be used when practically possible. * Physical courses shall be held at locations with good availability. * Course materials shall as a main rule be delivered digitally. * Tenderers shall work to reduce the climate and environmental impact connected to the delivery and be able to account for measures on request. Concrete climate and environmental requirements are assessed for this framework agreement to give an effect better than an environmental criterion in the award. The contract ́s environmental impact is mainly related to travel activities, course implementation and use of material. As the extent and content of future call-offs are not known at the time of the competition, it is considered most appropriate to set concrete and verifiable requirements for the delivery, cf. the utilities regulations § 7-9 fourth paragraph.
