Description
Oppdragsgiver ønsker å etablere eller videreutvikle en SMS Gateway som kan benyttes til målrettet kommunikasjon med innbyggere, kunder eller andre mottakere. Løsningen skal kunne motta forespørsler fra eksterne systemer via API, identifisere aktuelle mottakere basert på adresse- og eller geografidata, og sende SMS-meldinger på en kontrollert og sporbar måte.Oppdragsgivers behov per dags dato er ca. 500 000 SMS per år, men oppdragsgiver jobber mot en hverdag med mer digitalisering og push varsel via app som muligens vil dempe behovet ned til 300 000 – 400 000 SMS per år fra midten av 2027.
