Description

Troms County invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a market information system (MIS) for the period 1.4.2027 – 30.06.2029, with an option for a 1+1 year extension. The tender contest is subject to financing. Tenderers are encouraged to go through the tender documentation carefully and get in the competition rules. If the tender documentation appears unclear, suppliers are encouraged to ask questions to the contracting authority through the Hyyr portal. The assignment is further described in Annex 1 Assignment Description.

How the award is decided

Under this criteria, associated requirements will be assessed., The price form will be assessed under this criteria., The contracting authority has chosen not to set climate and/or environment as the award criteria or requirements in this competition, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5b second and third paragraphs. The procurement is mainly for customer interviews and reporting. The assignment will lead to some climate and environmental impact in the form of travel activities to and from the place of attendance and general office management, but the load is perceived as small. This is supported by the service falling under the CPV code #79, in which DFØ has generally assessed the climate intensity as "low". Based on this, the procurement is, in its nature, being climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5b third section.
