Description
Nordreisa kommune inviterer til tilbudskonkurranse for etablering av 24 nye omsorgsboliger med tilhørende fellesarealer plassert ved siden av dagens Sonjatun helsesenter og sykehjem på Storslett. Det er utarbeidet et forprosjekt som skal videreutvikles i detaljprosjekteringsfasen. Tiltaket er et prosjekt i to etasjer og kjeller under en del av bygget. Det er 12 leiligheter i hver etasje med fellesarealer sentralt plassert i bygget. Bygget er oppdelt i tre seksjoner/fløyer. Én vestvendt fløy, én sørvendt midtfløy og en mer sørøstvendt fløy.
