How the award is decided

<>Under this criteria, associated requirements.<br></p><p><strong>Evalvalation:</strong><br>Approved environmentally certified products, Beyond the minimum requirements for having environmental labels, the multiplied volume is 10 and then summed to a total sum.<br>Maksimal number of points is 10 and given to the tenderer with the highest total sum<br>Score = 10 x Me/Mb, where Me is the total sum that will be evaluated and Mb is the best tender.</p>, The procurement is covered by the rules of the Public Procurement Act § 5b, which includes requirements for safeguarding climate and the environment in public procurement processes. The contracting authority considers that combining climate and environmental considerations as the award criterion with climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications gives a better climate and environmental effect than only using climate and environmental considerations as an award criterion in the competition, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5b second paragraph of the third period. The contracting authority has therefore chosen to use both climate and environmental considerations as the award criteria, as well as to set minimum requirements for climate and the environment to ensure that the procurement results in the desired climate and environmental effects. Climate intensity is estimated to be very high and equivalent medium intensity for the service in the procurement for materials in the procurement. The market dialogue underpins some uncertainty connected to the market's maturity for strict minimum requirements for environmentally labelled products, emission free transport and lifetime analyses. DFØ and relevant guidelines emphasise, among other things, materials with low climate impact, long lifetime and zero emissions from transport as central measures to reduce the climate and environmental impact of the procurement. There are minimum requirements for environmental labelling of products, waste, recycling and packaging that ensure the desired climate and environmental effects connected to reduction of health and environmentally hazardous substances, sustainable materials, material efficiency and energy efficiency. At the same time, the contracting authority sees an environmental added value by awarding tenderers for additional fulfilment of environmentally labelled products, assessments and measures related to circular economy and emission-free transport. These elements will therefore be evaluated as part of the award criterion Climate and Environment in the competition., <>Under this criteria, associated requirements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Evaltation:</strong><br>It is the share of zero emission vehicles and the period (time) these will be used in the fixed contract period of two years, based on the points determination.<br>Man can achieve a maximum of 10 points on this environmental criterium. This can only be achieved if the tenderer only uses zero emission vehicles in the first 2 contract years.</p><p>For further information on the evaluation of the criteria, see Appendix - list of vehicles.</p><p>Scoren the tenderer achieves will not normalise.</p>, <>Under this criteria, associated requirements.<br></p><p><strong>Evalement:</strong><br> Environment will be evaluated based on the tenderer ́s description and/or documentation.
