Annex 1 Delivery Description point 1.2.10. The contract will be valid from the signing of the contract until 31.07.2030. Start up of operation from 1 August 2027. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for up to two (2) years (1+1). The extension shall be notified in writing within 6 months prior to the end of the contract period. The date of the last operational day will be notified in writing by the Contracting Authority at the latest 6 months before the assignment period expires.
