Description

How the award is decided

• Completed price and tender form (Annex 2) for 53 standardised products. • Tenderers shall offer a fixed discount on their other prices. This is to be filled in in a separate field in the price and tender form. See the price and tender form ́s explanation of how the price will be evaluated for the edge assortment., Product description and product samples for selected products. Tenderers must deliver: • Description and/or product sheet/brochure with an overview of the tenderer ́s standardised products (fixed assortment, see Annex 2). The description (the product magazine/brochure) shall include: o Picture of the product/product in colour o Available Sizes o Material description (substance type etc.) o Type of logo (printed or embroidered) o Description of whether the product can be found for both men and women o Product number • The tenderer's general product /product catalogue (edge assortment) • Product samples (see the requirement specifications point 3 for further information)., Tenderers shall provide a short description of a maximum of two pages, attached relevant product data sheets, environmental labels, environmental product declarations or equivalent verifiable documentation. Undocumented information will not be emphasised.
