Price, Quality, competence and experience for tender personnel, Procurement taking care of loa § 5b This is a procurement of a Builder's representative, The SHA Coordinator engineering design services, the SHA Coordinator execution and the Technical Builder's ombudsman for Project 1250901 AOH Replacement of ventilation and ENERGY conservation, which in accordance with chapters 7.2 and 7.3 in "Guidelines on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements" is considered to be a procurement of consultancy and analysis services that, in their nature, have an immaterial climate footprint and an immaterial environmental impact.   Because this procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, the exclusionary provision is used in loa § 5b third paragraph, and Statsbygg is therefore exempted from the obligations to weight the environment or to prioritise the environment among the three highest prioritised award criteria.
