Oppdragsgiver for anbudskonkurransen er Stange kommune, ved avdeling for kommunalteknikk, eiendomsavdelingen, og Stange kommunale boligforetak.Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for byggevarer, trelast, maleprodukt, festemateriell, verktøy m.m.Oppdragsgiver planlegger å inngå rammeavtale med inntil tre tilbydere, gitt at det foreligger en tilstrekkelig mengde egnede tilbud. Fordelingsmekanismen mellom rammeavtalepartene vil skje i samsvar med fordelingsmekanismen bekskravet i dokumentet Rammeavtale varer.For ytterligere informasjon om anskaffelsens innhold og etterspurte produkter, vises det til Del 2 bilag 1 Kravspesifikasjon og bilag 4A Prisskjema.
