Anskaffelsen gjelder avtale om regelmessig og periodisk renhold ved tjenestestedene Mariehaven helsehus, Lønnås helsehus, Eiksveien omsorgsbolig, Solbakken sykehjem og Hjemmebaserte tjenester ved Solbakken sykehjem.Regelmessig og periodisk renhold ved nevnte lokasjoner omfatter et areal på ca. 19 000 m². Det vil også kunne forekomme ekstra bestillinger av renholdsrelaterte serviceoppgaver ved disse lokasjonene. Det vises til arealoversikt og frekvenser i frekvenskortene for regelmessig og periodisk renhold.Merk tidsplan i Konkurransegrunnlaget, inkludert befaring og frist for påmelding til denne.Kontrakt  (oppstart av renholdsoppdrag) gjeldende fra 01.08.2027. Overtakelsesforretning ca. uke 26/27 2027.Kontraktens varighet er på 4 år med opsjon på forlengelse én eller flere ganger inntil 2 år. Avtalen kan bli på totalt 6 år ved utløsing av full opsjon.
