Description

Vennesla municipality hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a drilling route - Drilling in rock and uncompacted matter for water and sewage pipelines. The background for the procurement is the order requirement in the development plan for connecting to public water and sewage installations before permits for use. In order to fulfil the requirement, water supply shall be established from Smååsane to Støleheia. The project includes a plumbing slide, rock drilling, erection of a elevated basin, two pressure boosters and a sewage pump station. This competition is for the drilling route in the project. This contract is for Contract 2 - Boretrasé. The contract includes drilling through clocks and rock (approx. 815 m) and drilling under roads (approx. 18m) for conveying water and sewage.

How the award is decided

Documentation: - Completed description of amounts with unit prices. - The attached price form (annex 05) shall be delivered completed. The price form, corrected for any calculation errors, will be evaluated on the basis of the stated hourly rate multiplied. with estimated number of hours per trade category in accordance with the price form (annex 05). The mark-up percentage will be evaluated on the basis of the stated mark-up percentage multiplied by the estimated costs in accordance with the price form (annex 05)., Assignment comprehension and execution. Tenderers shall give a description of how the assignment is to be understood and a plan for implementation. The plan shall include; B1. Progress plan B2. Method and execution of drilling work B3. Rigging, logistics and water management. B4. Risk and HSE, Competence and assignment organisation. The offered key persons shall be included in the execution phase.
