Predmetom zákazky s názvom „Telekomunikačné služby GSM – hlasové a dátové“ je zriadenie a poskytovanie služby zjednotenej komunikácie – otvorenej hlasovej virtuálnej privátnej siete (ďalej aj ako „HVPS“) vrátane súvisiacich služieb, poskytovanie mobilných hlasových a dátových služieb, dátových a telemetrických SIM kariet a dodávanie koncových zariadení (mobilných telefónov a iných zariadení) s využitím Kreditu ponúknutého uchádzačom a rozpočtového rámca obstarávateľa, a to pre potreby celej spoločnosti obstarávateľa, v rozsahu a za podmienok uvedených v Kapitole B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov, v samostatnej prílohe súťažných podkladov „Technická špecifikácia“, ktorá bude tvoriť Prílohu č. 1 Rámcovej dohody, a v návrhu Rámcovej dohody
