Merilo za oddajo javnega naročila je najnižja skupna ponudbena vrednost brez DDV. Skupna ponudbena vrednost se izračuna na podlagi okvirnih letnih količin električne energije po posameznih tarifah (ET, VT in MT), ponudbenih cen na kWh brez DDV ter trajanja naročila 36 mesecev. Naročilo bo oddano ponudniku, ki bo predložil dopustno ponudbo z najnižjo skupno ponudbeno vrednostjo brez DDV.
