How the award is decided

Pri vrednotenju merila ponudbene cene se določi relativno razmerje med najnižjo ponudbeno ceno v EUR z DDV (Cmin) in ponudbeno ceno ocenjevanega ponudnika v EUR z DDV (Cp), izračunano na sledeči način: C = 70 x (Cmin / Cp)., Referenco izkaže gospodarski subjekt, ki je v zadnjih petih (5) letih pred rokom za prejem ponudb izvedel projekt s področja spremljanja mikro in makro odpadkov v morskem okolju v obsegu predvidenem s strani TGML (tehnične skupine za spremljanje odpadkov v morskem okolju) v okviru letne vrednosti monitoringa (4x letno v vsakem vodnem telesu), ki je vključeval identifikacijo mikroplastike s FTIR spektrometrijo v vrednosti vsaj 90.000,00 EUR brez DDV. Kot dokazilo gospodarski subjekt predloži v celoti izpolnjeno potrdilo reference gospodarskega subjekta (OBR-4). Javni ali zasebni naročnik, ki potrdi referenčno potrdilo, je tretja (pravna) oseba oziroma samostojni gospodarski subjekt, ki je neodvisen od ponudnika (navedenega potrdila ne more potrditi ponudnik sam sebi). Gospodarski subjekt za vsako predloženo referenco prejme 15 točk, pri čemer se upoštevata največ dve referenci.
