How the award is decided

Naročnik bo izbral ekonomsko najugodnejšo ponudbo za sklope 1, 3 in 4 v skladu z merilom najnižja skupna vrednost v EUR brez DDV za posamezni sklop, zaokrožena na dve decimalni mesti natančno. V primeru, da bo več dopustnih ponudnikov ponudilo enako najnižjo skupno vrednost v EUR brez DDV za posamezni sklop, zaokroženo na dve decimalni mesti natančno, bo naročnik izbral tisto ponudbo, ki je prispela prej. Če sta ena ali več takih ponudb prispeli istočasno, bo o izbiri odločal žreb., V okviru prve faze bo naročnik sklenil okvirni sporazum za sklop 2 z največ tremi ponudniki, ki bodo ponudili najnižjo skupno vrednost v EUR brez DDV za ta sklop, zaokroženo na dve decimalni mesti natančno. V primeru, da bo več dopustnih ponudnikov ponudilo enako najnižjo skupno vrednost v EUR brez DDV, zaokroženo na dve decimalni mesti natančno, bo naročnik izbral tisto ponudbo, ki je prispela prej. Če sta ena ali več takih ponudb prispeli istočasno, bo o izbiri odločal žreb.
