Description

Predmet nabave uključuje isporuku programske podrške, usluge projektiranja, instalacije, konfiguriranja, ispitivanja i puštanja u pogon komunikacijskih modula za razmjenu podataka u stvarnom vremenu temeljenim na standardnim komunikacijskim protokolima koji se koriste u operatorima komunikacijskih sustava kao što su IEC 60870-5-104, ICCP te IEC 61850. Dodatno nabava uključuje potreban razvoj i projektiranje procesa automatizacije inženjeringa podataka kod uvođenja novih standardiziranih korisnika prijenosne mreže i pružatelja pomoćnih usluga u svrhu ubrzavanja sustava priključenja.
