Description

Predmet nabave je isporuka licenci i usluga potrebnih za implementaciju novog, jedinstvenog i centraliziranog nadzornog sustava Hitronet mreže koji će pokriti nadzor mrežnih uređaja nove mreže tijela državne uprave, te usluga održavanja istog sustava. Modernizacija mrežnog nadzornog centra i inženjerske podrške za otklanjanje kvarova s radnim vremenom 24/7 – postojeći mrežni nadzorni centri segmentirani su po zasebnim mrežama, a često se koriste i resursi vanjskih dobavljača. Kroz ovu investiciju modernizirat će se poslovanje mrežnog nadzornog centra, kao i podrška u slučaju kvarova, koji će raditi 24/7 zbog specifične ovisnosti drugih informacijskih sustava o raspoloživosti mreže državne informacijske infrastrukture. Mrežni nadzorni centar biti će smješten u CDU (Centar dijeljenih usluga). Isporuka centraliziranog nadzornog sustava Hitronet mreže (dalje u tekstu Sustav) obuhvaća: - Programsko rješenje za nadzor alarma i performansi mrežne opreme - Programsko rješenje za analizu mrežnih tokova Ponuđeno programsko rješenje mora se temeljiti na tehnologijama otvorenog koda (Open-Source), na način da licenciranje core sustava nije vezano uz broj nadziranih uređaja ili metrika, čime se osigurava dodavanje novih mrežnih uređaja u nadzor bez dodatnih licenčnih troškova.
