How the award is decided

According to loa § 5b second paragraph, the contracting authority is initially obliged to weight climate and environmental considerations with a minimum of thirty percent. The obligation to set requirements or criteria for climate and environment does not apply if the procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial and this is justified in the procurement documents. The procurement of a Digital Mapping Tool is similar to the procurement of "Digital and technological courses" and "Language and integration courses", which are the categories DFØ has considered to have low climate intensity, see guidelines for rules on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements point 7.2. The procurement of a digital mapping tool will, in its nature, give an immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact. This means that it will not be natural to use award criteria or requirements related to climate and the environment in this procurement., Tenderers shall enclose a completed SSA-L Annex 6, Annex 6.1., The award criterium Quality will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s response to all of the evaluation requirements (E-requirements) in the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications.
