Description

The contracting authority shall procure a cloud based electronic health record (EHR) for the municipal medical service and to the intermunicipal emergency doctor surgery. The current system shall be completely replaced and the existing journal data shall be migrated to the new system. Further details on the delivery requirements are in the requirement specifications, cf. SSA-L Annex 1.

How the award is decided

The price will be evaluated based on the completed price form. The tenderer with the lowest price will get the maximum score of 10. Other tenderers will be given points in accordance with the following formula: Lowest price/offered price x 10 = price score. When calculation of the total point score, a point score will be adjusted for price relative according to the stated weight in the award criteria. The points are normally rounded out to a generally timed out, but with a small price difference, as many unseededs will be used to distinguish between the offers., The contracting authority will assess to what degree the offered system meets the stated A+ requirements beyond the minimum level and stated B requirements. Requirement nos. 34, 37, 86 and 92 will be of greater importance than the other requirements in the total evaluation. Requirement nos. 30 and 70 will be given less importance than the other requirements. The other requirements will be of equal importance.
